1. Delivery Method: All CryptoTutor courses and related materials are delivered digitally. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing instructions to access your purchased course(s) through our online platform. No physical products are shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
- Immediate Access: After successful payment, you will receive instant access to the purchased course materials. An email confirmation with access details will be sent within minutes of your purchase.
- Delayed Access: If there is an issue with processing your payment or accessing the course, please allow up to 24 hours for resolution. Should you not receive access within this time, please contact us at support@cryptutor.io.
3. Live Consultancy Services: If your purchase includes consultancy services (such as 1:1 consultations), you will receive an email to schedule the consultancy session(s). These will be conducted via an online meeting platform, and all details, including dates and times, will be provided in advance.
4. Non-Delivery Issues: In the event you do not receive access to the purchased digital products:
- Check your email's spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
- If the confirmation email is not received within the stated time frame, contact our support team at support@cryptutor.io, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
5. Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and that their email inbox is functioning correctly. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect email addresses or issues with your email provider.
